Last night was rough. I continue to have bloody bowel movements. After my fourth episode, I felt weak, clammy, and lightheaded to the point of needing assistance back to my hospital bed (which is a total of like 7 steps). My blood pressure had dropped 75/45 and my heart rate was elevated. I was not in good shape. Around 3 AM they gave me another blood transfusion and some IV fluids. I’m running out of veins to prick for blood draws. Currently, blood pressure is up to 101/55, heart rate is lowered and I feel much better. Hoping the start of radiation can stop the bleeding and I can go home to my family.
