Liz has been sleeping off and on for most of the day. It’s hard to rest with someone walking in every 15 minutes for something. Vitals, blood draws, medication, inventory checks, changing the garbage liners…I bet someone could make a lot of money creating a system at hospitals where all these room visits were coordinated to happen in the same short window of time so the patients can rest more! And I say all of this with no malice whatsoever – Liz’s care team has been great.

She’s slowly becoming more alert…she even got out of bed briefly for a few laps around the room 😍 As far as how she feels, it’s been mostly nausea with average pain, which only really spiked when she got back in bed after walking. She said her abs “feel like I did a thousand GHDs.”

Hopefully a night of ZZZs is upcoming. I’m going to head home in a bit to give the kids a big squeeze from Liz and get them to bed. Signing off for the night. Who knows, you might hear from Wonder Woman herself later tonight…
